Mack Strong event tonight

Last minute event!
Mack Strong is at the Side Street Kitchen and Bar in Burien. The bar is rolling out the "the big mack" burger and Mack is promoting his charity "Teamworks" . I also know the owner of the bar and I'm sure good times will be had by all. If you are in the neighborhood, stop by!

Near the end of the evening, I had a chance to chat with Mack for about 15 minutes. Nicest guy you ever meet. We chatted about the difference between the '06 and '14 Superbowl's. He said it was the crowd.

"...plain and simple.. back in '06 the crowd had only 10% hawks fans. This time around it was loud. Not as loud as the Clink can be, but loud.... the culture and popularity has changed and the 12's are here."

I also shamelessly plugged our HawkShack to him and he said he will try and check us out. Not sure if he will remember since there was a lot going on, but you never know.

If anyone is in the neighborhood, go and check out his place... good food and beverages..
