Unless you have some other information regarding their dismissal, your facts are irrelevant. I don't even know, much less care, how many GM's are white and how many are black. Same goes for head coaches. If we're ever going to get to the point where race is no longer an issue, we can't immediately question a decision due solely to the skin color of those involved.
In the case of Flores he apparently had “issues” with Tua and coaching turnover which created friction with the GM who fired him after winning 8 of 9 and going 4-2 vs Belichick , winning seasons in 2 of 3 years missing playoffs by a whisker .
Culleys issues in one season starting with Watson and a dumpster fire are well known but he and his OC who was also fired developed Davis Mills and played their best down the stretch . Most analysts felt the men were safe , Culley a bit less .
My post was over the top because I wrote it right after watching idiot Gm talking about how he’s taking accountability . He’s a fool, a liar .
I never liked the Rooney rule , thought it was unnecessary . Most owners treat it like a joke brining in some minority guy to insult . The term White GM was over the top . The fact is there is 1 black coach now despite an overwhelming majority of black players . Leftwich is drawing interest as is Caldwell . Caldwell is a pretty good example of a guy who got a quick hook in Detroit being fired after a winning season and also providing Detroit with a playoff appearance . Meanwhile Dan Campbell won 3 or 4 games in Detroit and made ridiculous comments like . “Strong coffee doesn’t do it anymore , it’s always snowing at Ford field “ an apparent joking reference to cocaine . He’s safe . Judge almost survived 2 years of utter buffoonery until he ran back to back sneaks on 2nd and 3rd down deep in his territory.
Black guys seem to get a quicker hook. Hard not to convince me there’s something racial with some owners .
