Probably not a bad spot for him.

Yeah, Belichick has been known to take in a number of wayward souls over the years, so it wouldn't surprise me a bit of that's where Haskins ends up.

But why would the Pats claim him off of waivers when they are eliminated from the playoffs? Wouldn't it be cheaper to sign him in the offseason as a free agent?

They would be able to evaluate him in a team environment as well as next years OTA’s as well as TC before

Can anyone explain why Goodell hasn't forced Snyder out at this point? The guy is off the hook with his behaviour and sounds like he has been a while. Haskins is far from the only problem the team had.
