Metcalf’s dark visor

Postby Klanky » Tue Dec 01, 2020 6:12 pm

I want your guys opinion on DK’s dark visor he wears, the last 2 games come to mind, a ball in the end zone hits him right in the bottom of his face mask, in the cards game, and last night another jump ball goes right thru his hands which should have been another TD and a basket catch, do you all think the dark visor could be the reason, cause I’m not sure as he makes other difficult catches as well.... I love DK and is fun to watch, With making some of these other catches that should have been he could should have another 3-4 TDs and another couple hundred yards..., but overall he’s great and going to be even better as time goes on....

It's only dark on the side facing us.

I'm sure that if it restricted his vision, he'd be the first one to ditch it.

ya I’m just curious cause some of those miscues seem like he loses sight of the ball for second, but probably no different I suppose then players in baseball wearing shades

Some players think there's an advantage to be gained by keeping their opponent's from seeing their eyes. In the case of a WR, it might obscure his looking for the ball or staring at his intended route.
