I had originally put this below on another topic. But given that 12 of the Florida Marlins have tested positive, it brings additional light to it.

An interesting quote from Pete: "This year, this practice squad’s gonna be important, because you may have to use a bunch of those guys in games during the season. Heaven forbid you get a position group smoked. That could happen. If you lose a position group, you lose ‘em for 10 to 13 days. What if you lose both quarterbacks? But we got a plan for that. They’re not gonna be in the same meeting room.”

Yea, that's going to be a mess alright. If one or two teams gets sunk like that, it's going to de-legitimize the entire season and sully any championships, at least in my mind. They'd be better off canceling the season than turning 2020 into a season like we had during a strike when they had replacement players no one ever heard of.
