Britt Released

Justin Britt released according to PFT.
Don’t know how much money on the Cap is saved nor how much
dead Cap space is added.

$8.5M cap savings...

Aaron J. Fentress of The Athletic leaked the news (Britt being cut) earlier Sunday, noting the move will free up $8.5 million on the team's salary cap.

They aren't going to keep 18 Offensive Linemen, either so there will be more cuts there.
I suspect it was an issue about both Salary Cap and productivity. With Britt we saw the
Offense was impacted only a little, and it seems to me that Fluker was caught in a numbers
game to some extent as well.

They cut Britt with a "Failed Physical" designation. That has negative Cap implications for us.
