Two Big Legal Defeats for Democrats Today

First was the 4th circuit court throwing out the case on the emoluments clause with "PREJUDICE". That's a resounding defeat for the dems.

Second is the judge in the Flynn case rejecting the request to charge Flynn as an un-indicted co-conspirator in his case on FARO.

That said, the Trump team did suffer a defeat also yesterday where they refused to let the DOJ change attorneys in the Census citizenship issue.

It appears Trump is going to have some kind of announcement in the Rose Garden today around the census and citizenship question. It'll be interesting how this turns out.
