Kendricks gets 8 game suspension

But he still has the legal punishment which might end his career.
He will be available Nov 10th.

Edit:
Dec 10th, not Nov 10th. Thanks RD!

You mean Dec. 10th:

Kendricks will receive credit for the three games he has missed, and he’ll be eligible to play on Monday, December 10, when the Seahawks host the Vikings.

However, he could be back earlier if he files an appeal and wins it, which seems very plausible if not likely.

Only in the NFL is insider trading that is admitted to, as well as return of every cent, a more severe suspension than beating your wife.... smh

It's that fact that bodes well for a successful appeal. 8 games is extremely harsh for a victimless crime.

I like that we can get him back as that will make our LB corps even more solid than it is now.

NOTE: If you ask Aseahawkfan if insider trading is victimless he'll probably give you an earful. :D

Victimless or not it's certainly not as heinous as DV, which only carries a 6 game suspension. It's a BS suspension because the billionaire owners see insider trading as a right of theirs to be protected at all cost ...

Funny how it works, the ones most guilty are the ones dictating the punishment. If he can come back at week 14 he will add much needed depth for a playoff push. He pretty much has nothing to lose when he comes back so I suspect he will be playing like he is in a contract year.
