OT: WSU's new QB Minchew --

Postby jshawaii22 » Fri Sep 21, 2018 9:41 pm

I got sick and tired of dealing with the drama queens like PC and ET today and switched on the Cougs against USC on the road. Their new QB, is a transfer.. Minchew II. He transferred to WSU instead of Alabama. (can't blame him. Bama has that awesome kid from Hawaii at QB)
-- So, He's in his first WSU game that I've watched and he is damn good! He's carving up the USC D. Haven't got a clue about him, but it's nice to see the Cougs dominating so far in the game. The Cougs have a good chance to be 4-0 tonight. Could be a great year coming for team.

This kid has NFL potential -- You can see it and compare him to many of the just graduated QB's that seem to be pretty good.

updated -- well, they didn't win, and the 'kid' turns out to be a ringer in college, like Russell was. Still looked real good.

Minshew looks excellent. I went to bed at halftime, looks like the D collapsed.

He reminds me of a more athletic Philip Rivers (with better throwing fundamentals) for some reason.
It will be interesting to see how well he does the rest of the year.

Yea, if WSU had a D they'd be awesome. They look small of front to me on the D Line and linebackers and vulnerable to the run.

Sort of the opposite of the Seahawks, isn't it?
Edit:
A comment last night was their biggest DLineman was something like 290lbs
