Ultimately, Locket values hinges on what he delivers, as with any player, if he dominates the league, he "deserves" big money long term deal. Seattle has to stop developing good to excellent players at WR for the league at some point, if not Locket then someone. It isn't coincidence that both Tate and Kearse blossomed outside of Seattle, both were good receivers in Seattle. Richardson's only true knock was health, and I understand not paying top dollar for him, the others never carried that baggage with them.
Eventually, apathy will bite you in the arse, if Seattle refuses to resign, or hold any of their receivers, nothing can be said when the receiving core resembles the line so many bemoan. Replacing players year in and year out with late round receivers or past their prime veterans isn't a recipe for continued success.
