I would not blame him for the lines lack of success, we should be thankful we aren't the absolute worst. If you divide success by payroll he has done an incredible job.

I'm not a huge Tom Cable fan. It's not like he's never been given any resources whatsoever as he has been given several high draft picks (Carpenter, Moffitt, Britt) that he obviously had the lion's share of input on. The fact that we've never either acquired and/or developed a lineman that was worthy of a second contract has to at least partially fall back on his shoulders. He's not just a card player sitting at the table being dealt random cards.

Me either River, I think the whole strategy might be viable IF you have one good OL like a Center or a LT but going cheap and hoping TC can coach them up has been a failure against the GB and the Cards. IF we get 0 injuries on Defense we have time to dink around, but that time is coming to a halt. IF we don't get the bye we are done IMHO, just like last year.
You could be right what make things worse it eh refusal to use the up-tempo the whole game. This at least mitigates the line being bad enough for us to function, BUtthey refuse to use it the whle game, they have to use their 15 scripted waste of plays, and then probe for a half till they say well let's use what works.

Anthony I think Next year they are going to have to pony up for a decent LT to protect RW's backside he is not getting any younger.
