They've had a lot of success in the past, but it's a struggle to get points this year and it's not going to cut it in the playoffs.

I'm worried about him calling out Bevel on the sidelines last night and again in his post game presser. It's divisive and much less team centric than Pete's teams are designed to be. I hope it doesn't hurt us moving forward. Whether or not you agree with Sherman's take or not is irrelevant. His behavior is feeling more and more selfish and this recent example represents a a concern moving forward.
I've learned to warm up to Sherman since I've gotten to know him better. I didn't like him before, thought him to be unsportsmanlike, but my opinion has taken an almost 180 degree turn...almost.
I don't like him begging refs after every penalty that goes against him. Some I can see, such as a phantom facemask he was called for a couple of weeks ago. But that doesn't irritate me as much as some of the other things you noted, ie calling out Bevell.
But it is what it is. Until I see evidence that it is indeed disrupting team harmony, I'm not going to get too worried about it.

They have the nucleus of a solid OL with the 2 Guards and Center, but they need more work together be a solid unit.
I'm not absolving Bevell, but he really doesn't have a consistent, fully functioning line on which to depend, and so we see the horrible and great plays as a result.
That means it's still a little hit and miss on Offense.

Considering the defense has carried this team I'm leaning towards no.

Richard is pissed off at the offense because he feels that they are not putting out championship type EFFORT - let me be clear EFFORT not results - this season.
Richard has never been the type of person to jump on a teammate for failing when they are trying their best. So I think he is expressing his anger to the offense over the quality of the effort that they have been bringing probably to both the games and practices.
