It's fall, the time of year when the head says he should be out there playing, but is his body ready to take another year of pounding?
Would love to see him at his prime again, but I doubt he would get a starting role now.

we don't have the cap space, even if he waited until week 8 and at that point, would we really want him?

Trade him to the Raiders for a 4th. That would give us 5 years, 1 SB Trophy, 2 SB Games 3 NFC Wests and after that we get back the same pick we spent for Beastmode in the first place. In the real world, we'll have to release him.

I don't know of any player that ever said they missed the rigor of training camp, but, I can understand a player missing playing the games after that first season starts after they have retired.

Those Peyton Manning commercials with Lionel Ritchie singing 'Peyton On Sunday Morning" is a GAS. I wonder if Lionel has a song to sing about what Marshawn Lynch will be doing on Sundays this fall LOL

Yeah he's a RB, not a qb.

Didn't want to create a new thread for this (although I think I probably should), but if you haven't seen the Marshawn Lynch episode of Bear Grylls, you have to watch it.

I was *crying* laughing in parts. That dude is one of a kind.

Yes he is - I became cognizant recently that Marshawn Lynch is not only my all time favorite Seahawk - he is my all time favorite athlete.

I have both of these downloaded on my Iphone that I look to from time to time for Inspiration:
