Not sure if I want Texans to take QB here or not, if they do, it's another potential stud that slides another spot, if they don't, it might make it more likely that some team trades up with us to get Lynch.

I am hearing from Cowherd and Powell on KJR that Lynch is a flake. Prescott is the best bet to me.

Prescott has a long way to go before he's ready. He's got huge upside though.
Connor Cook is the best QB left IMO.

Redskins got my favorite WR in this draft.

Conner Cook has had a lot of negative reviews. His team was not happy with him.

I said in another thread that he might be in play if we can't find a partner to trade down with.
Edit: I was thinking Jaylon Smith. My bad.

Hmmm...Miles Jack slides to us, can we pass him up? I hand't even considered him because I'd assumed he'd be long, long gone, but now...
Jack would be a great pick at 26. Easily would be the steal of the draft.

Is it just me or are there more commercial breaks now than there were earlier?
It seems it's one pick and a commercial break.

[quote}Conner Cook has had a lot of negative reviews. His team was not happy with him[/quote].

Weaknesses Habit of throwing short passes with too much pepper. Accuracy is a major concern. Often caught flat- footed in the pocket and appears willing to launch throws without proper balance or step to target. Open front hip causes him to spray outside frame of his intended target. Sees throws come open but won't always cut it loose. Can struggle mightily when forced off of his first option. Misses opportunities to adjust protection pre-snap. Gets locked in on shotgun snap and misses signs of blitzers sneaking forward. First instinct versus blitz is to go up top rather than finding easier, short completion. Gives little effort to sell play fakes even on run downs. Scouts question his field demeanor and leadership in adverse times. Failed to rise to the occasion in 2015 Big Ten Championship Game or playoff game against Alabama.

With Jack on the board, I wonder if it was a tough decision.
He could help with covering TEs with his athleticism.

We're still in the first round for now ... question is do we trade back again? Both ESPN and NFLN are talking about all the teams that wanna move into the first.

Best part though is, WE GOT A THIRD FOR THAT CRAP!!! Wow! I was expecting a fourth and a seventh or something like that.
What a great trade back, and still in the first round (for now).

I really like the trade down. We were in the perfect position with all those QB's on the board. Picking up another 3rd is nice compensation. We can only hope there are a few QB's left when we pick at 31, then we could trade back again, maybe picking up an early 4th.
