Thanks, Eagle, but I wasn't right on everything. I said we'd have a pick 6 and we'd win by two scores. I also didn't figure on Kaepernick running for 130 yards, either. But I did say that Gore would finish the day with less than 50 yards (he had 14) and that the total score would be under 40 points (23-17, right at 40).

This seems to be the pattern that we've followed ever since the first Saints game, with the lone exception being the Giants game, and you can't really count that game because the Giants are horrible, much worse than the Rams, Cards, Niners, and Saints. Low scoring, great defense, shut down running backs, win the turnover battle, offense relatively sluggish but doesn't make big mistakes (Russell's fumble being an anomaly). I honestly can't say how that's going to work out against Manning and the Broncos, but it does appear that this is the only formula that will get us our Lombardi. I don't think we'll win a 38-35 game.
