The Dolphins? WTF?

Seriously, though, I've been hearing a lot of noise about the Dolphins. Could they be the surprise team of 2015?

It would be quite a coup to go to 3 consecutive Super Bowls, but like they said, injuries or suspensions can throw this projection into disarray.

I can't pick the Dolphins yet because of Tannehill. He has improved incrementally since his rookie year but he still struggles a lot getting the ball down the field.

If Tannehill makes the leap from borderline to even Joe Flacco level competence there is a lot to like about that team. Their defense should be very good this year.

New England has owned that division ever since it was altered after the last realignment, so odds alone would tell you that it's time for a changing of the guard.

Anyone going to Vegas ought to lay down a hundred bucks on one of those teams (Fins or Bills) going to the Super Bowl.

Buffalo ain't goin to the Super Bowl unless the switch flips and E.J. Manuel somehow becomes a competent NFL QB. They will be a headache for anyone to play for sure but the lack of anything resembling a starting caliber QB will prevent them from getting to the Super Bowl.

Their presence actually helps the Dolphins though IMO. NE has ruled that division largely because the other three teams have been jokes. All three of the other teams are actually interesting now. The Jets and Buffalo defenses and Miami being an up and comer means no gimme divisional games this year... plus no Brady for 4 games.

yeah, I like everything about the Bills but their QB. Who ends up being their QB? Orton? Cassel? Taylor? EJ? I cannot see any of them leading the Bills to the SB. That said, they were 9 & 7 last year and they lost a couple of close ones. I do think they will win the division and lose in the first round of the playoffs.

A lot of people are thinking Buffalo as a real threat in the AFC.
They are built just like Seattle with the exception of a better all around Offense but no QB.

If anybody here puts money on the Dolphins to reach the SB, just send it my way, because you'll be throwing it in the trash anyhow:)

I've got Seattle vs ravens but I could absolutely make a case for the dolphins. Actually I think the patriots are going to have a tough time repeating in the division with Miami and buffalo both having legit reasons to be excited this year.
