6-2 213lbs 4.35 40 yard dash and a vertical of 45 inches as recorded at the Combine.

NFLDraftScout has him rated as a 7th or FA.

It's time to shake it up at WR.

At the very least, bring in some legit competition at the position.

IMO, ADB's routine has gotten tiresome. The guy talks way too much for somebody who, while clutch at times, simply doesn't have the numbers to be talking the way he does.

And for as much as I admire our guys as a group, I'd like to see some new blood in there, provided they can beat out an existing starter, as determined by Pete.

Either way, somebody has to step up and make things easier for RW in that regard. We have talent, but I hope we find somebody through the draft who becomes a standout in year 1.

That's why he's thought of as a late round pick.
He might be worth a development project if as Rang suggests he has soft hands.

Waller was on my list a few months ago as well.
Most receivers coming out of College don't know how to run proper routes, but he could have an immediate impact in the Red Zone as he develops.
As well, if his blocking is good as suggested, he could be a bonus in our run game and move to TE some plays.

This comment from NFLDraftScout is what stood out to me:
"Demonstrates soft hands, tracks the ball well vertically and is naturally a contender for any jump ball."
At more than 6'6" and a vertical jump of 37" as measured at the Combine, he looks like a player that could dominate in the Red Zone where the QB could throw the ball 10 or 11' in the air and he still has a chance to come down with it.

What seems to be dragging him down in the rankings is his lack of experience in game situations as GT has a very basic and limited pass game.
