Seems to me Sis, you are lumping a lot of stuff in together. The "U mad Bro" thing I WOULD say Browner had the right to say something, IF Wilson came out the week before the game in the press and was popping off at the mouth like Brady had, and then continued to tell them to come find him after the game. Lanes was stupidity, and if they had taken a shot at him, I could almost understand it, what pre tell did Lynch say that warranted a shot at him?

Different circumstances, and different positions, but ultimately, Sherman responded TO a guy that had said those things prior to him doing so, and it most certainly was NOT in a SB parade. I would have chastised any Seahawks player or fan that had done that the year prior, and I don't flip and flop on that position because a couple years ago, Sherman had the audacity to shine a light on Brady's trash talking arrogance, that many seem to look the other way about. Brady, not Sherman fired that first shot, and then we had to listen to the "winning the right way" horseshinola afterwards, and most lapped it up. Not in that group of people.

Sorry, no way to defend how the NFL and the media would have reacted to Seattle doing something like that at a SB parade, versus how it's "to the victor goes the spoils" or "it's all in good fun" falacy that is being encouraged. This is a perfect example of do as we say, not as we do, hypocracy. Seattle is supposed to be the "bad guy" so it's justified? Is this the WWE or football... Tired of being told how "first class" the entire Patriots organization and players are, when obviously that is not the case.

The Pats do not have any class, that is correct. Unfortunately some of our guys need some work in that area as well and its homer ism at its most obvious to say they dont.I agree with Sis that most sports fans didn't have a lot of sympathy when Seattle got lit up post game.
I hope this experience will help some of these guys focus on playing instead of jawing.

Baldwin's weird/crappy antics; 4. Sherman and his 24 thing; 5. the fight...etc. The parade and comments after the game felt like bad taste to me (left a bad taste in my mouth) especially after Brady's claims of winning with grace.

But seriously, I think ya'll are kidding yourselves if you don't think our boys/fans would have had reactions if their back-up defender said Marshawn really isn't that good, had Browner been in RW's face saying "you mad, bro?" - had Revis mouthed the score and showed us with his fingers the way Sherm did, had LaFell taken a symbolic dump on the ball to rub it in our secondary's face or had their D caused a fight as they realized they just lost. I think some in this very forum would have created GIFs etc. to celebrate our victory by rubbing Tom Brady's cheating face in his loss.

Call it whatever you like, I believe the majority of sports fans think the Hawks had it coming.

Best post in the thread, or at least it's the one I agree with the most. Payback is a b****. We lost, so now we have to deal with the consequences, and eating crow is one of them.

I don't know what he is saying, I could pose a "guess" and I would probably hit the mark, but as you two are pretty much the only ones that entertain his "objective" posts any longer, and despite the over whelming board ignoring him ( to which he has claimed numerous times he would take a powder and hasn't), and despite the fact I am 100% or very close to it, sure this is some sort of dig on Sherman ( his go to whine) or the team as a whole, I'm not interested in even "suffering the fools" any longer, so I leave it to those that "respect a different view" to smack him down for those of us, that have long since moved on from it.

I never said his posts were objective. All I have ever said was that I would seem to have a higher threshold of tolerance of his sometimes inflammatory remarks and would rather hear another POV, biased or otherwise, than put him on ignore as the bulk of the regulars in here have. However, I have acquiesced to the request of the majority of regulars and not responded to his posts, at least for the time being or until the wounds of this SB loss heal over some.
