That's great and what all Hawks fans have been thinking. I especially like his point about the onside kick I have been tellling anybody that would listen that it wasn't the end of the game had the Pack recovered. Actually during the game my buddy asked me if they were going to onside it and I told him no its a better move to kick away and then trust our D to get a 3 and out and get the ball back at around the 35 with about 1:20 left on the clock. Man I am glad I was wrong, but even if the pack recover that the Hawks still could have stopped them (something they did the 2 previous drives) and had the ball probably around the 20 with 1:20 left.

Something else that has been bugging me, why is Rodgers getting a pass on this game? He played bad. 178 yard 1 TD, 2 INT's. Why isn't he getting any blame for loss? I have heard people blaming Bostic (onside kick), McCarthy (play calling), Ha-Ha Clinton-Dix (his mis-play of the 2pt conversion) but nothing for the golden boy who himself was blaming everybody else.

Yup, he's blamed his coach and his backup TE, but took none of the blame for his own crappy play. Apparently he thinks he had a good game.

I've been pointing that out to anyone who would listen.

Rodgers was statistically worse than last September and only marginally better than RW's epically bad day, Lacy was better but still completely shut down, and Marshawn had the best rushing game of his playoff career.

They won the turnover battle and TOP by about a minute, and lost in virtually every other statistic. They were outscored 28-6 in the second half + OT.

It's ridiculous to say the better team lost Sunday.

Great article. That's the truth. I may be simple minded, but I think the team that won is always the better team, at least that day.
