Seahawks/Raiders Pre Season game

If this game was any indication we could have a pretty good team this year.
I liked the way the Offense was run with modern day plays and concepts. The blocking looked pretty good and the OL mostly worked as a unit. It was interesting to see that there is a lot of angle blocking in this scheme.
Tory Horton looked pretty good for his first NFL action even early against better players. Arroyo could end up being a big play TE, he has the speed and looks like he ran pretty good routes. The blocking in the run game by
all the players and not just OL looked like it's going to be a feature. Ouzts might be a pretty important player as a blocker as the year goes on. He's said to be 273 lbs so if he's anywhere near that he can take on most LBs and big Safeties on the edge. Even for a vanilla Offense it looked pretty good. Then we get to Milroe. Talk about a player with an almost unlimited ceiling and maybe also a bottomless floor. He was well worth the selection but if he puts it all together he could be a real steal and even if he only put 85% together he can be a real dangerous QB. It's a good thing he isn't pressured to start this year because a year of watching and learning (with perhaps the odd play at certain times) will really help his development.

Redundant thread, don't you think?

That's good to hear. Let's see what it looks in the real season. Year 2 of MacDonald and Schneider's second draft without Carroll.
