There's an article in Profootballrumors.com about possibly extending him. He's been a solid but not great LT and only missed 4 games so far and is the first player the Seahawks have picked up the option on his rookie contract.
With a lot of teams looking for starting caliber Tackles or upgrades to existing OLs, we might have to pay more than JS expects in order to just maintain the current talent.
Personally barring an absolutely horrible year where he shows he can't play in the new Offense or major injury where full recovery is doubtful, I think we should extend him. LTs are too hard to get to let a 25 year old (next year) leave for a possible 3rd or 4th round Comp pick.
