Ahhh. I was thinking the only big enough news would be resigning Geno but good thought. I've been reading about rumors linking Quinn to seattle as early as 2024 and he withdrew from consideration for the Broncos job and others as well . Not that it matters a hill of beans with all the rumors with all the coaching churn but it would make a lot of sense.

Im gonna gues its Geno but if Pete is *retiring * right now Jodi had a bigger set of cajones then she gets credit for because Pete didn't sound like a guy ready to retire in his season ending press conference.

It's probably a little early for Geno's contract, so I'd scratch that one. I'd also be surprised if an NBA expansion to Seattle was the 'big news.' They've got their eyes on the international market, with Mexico City being considered.

I'd also discard your thought about Jody Allen buying the team. Most of her money is tied up in her brother's estate.

The NHL All Star game is a good possibility, and I'd rate that one over Pete retiring.

This suspense is kinda like Geraldo Rivera opening up Al Capone's vault only on a local scale, don't ya think?

I see NHL has promised the All Star game to Seattle by 2027. That very well could be it.

There's a few posters here that can't stand that guy, Obi being one of them, but I get a kick out of him. He thinks he's trolling, trying to get us pissed off, but at least for me, he's like the class clown, not very smart but he says things that are so stupid that it's comical.
