It could be anything form terrible by both teams to a blow out. I hope it isn't another game of "who manages to summon enough energy to win at the end of the game" games. It is so terrible when both teams look like crap and try to hand the other the win, but both are so crappy they can't even do that right.

Stream Hawk wrote:Their OC, Joe Lombardi, was a potential Hawk OC. He has been getting hammered in the local press this year. I’ve read a lot of forums/blogs recently; mainly Denver’s of course (lol).
Overall I expected a lot more out of the Bolts this year after their coaching, offseason, & young super talent. Herbert puts up legit numbers sometimes, but then disappears. Chargers definitely aren’t in Buffalo’s league yet.
I could see Seattle pulling off a win, but I’m not making any predictions yet. If we did, hmm, what a different path this season becomes?

In the first half they let a rookie tight end get loose for a TD and catch several other balls . Now they get the three headed monster Fant Parkinson Dissley along with superior offensive weapons everywhere including qb. We won’t hold them down like denver did but they won’t hold us down either . Another week . Another underdog . Let’s get it on
RiverDog wrote:Denver's defense is severely underrated. They're ranked 3rd in the league and have allowed over 20 points just once so far this season. No one has been running them off the field. If they had any semblance of an offense, they'd be 5-1 and leading their division. But as you said, their offense is completely out of sync and dysfunctional.
Herbet has another week to let those ribs heal. When healthy, he's one of the better QB's in the league, but he's been spotty this season. Their #1 kicker is out, which could be a difference maker if the game is close.

Once again, he has no clue.
NorthHawk wrote:Why wouldn't they let them play? The Referees aren't out to job us. They're just people who sometimes get it wrong.
In the end, the calls all even out.

Hawktawk wrote:It’s a different discussion for a different thread but I disagree and any Seahawks fan who turned on the Tv for XL who thinks that was watching by braille. And again it’s often the NO CALLS that are the difference such as our last time in Sofi where Dee Jay gets tacked as the ball hits the defender in the back . They didn’t miss it any more than they didn’t miss the saints Wr get blown up before the ball arrived . They chose to let it go while flagging non existent penalties on us . NO CALLS are better then calls if they want to influence a game . It’s a different team in the building today but with that bazillion dollar obscenity sitting at 60% capacity it is not in the interest of the league to see golden boy losing to Geno Weeno . So let’s see . Hopefully a clean good game .

Aseahawkfan wrote:This is a weird year. If we take a deep playoff run and possibly win a Super Bowl, while getting high picks from Denver, we'll all be happy.
Though it still looks like the Bills and Chiefs battling it out for the SB with maybe a sneaky Eagles team making some noise.
Chargers definitely looking weak against us.
We'll get a real handle on things when the Rams play the Seahawks. McVay will bring it against Seattle. If we can beat the Rams, then we might take the division.
obiken wrote:Yeah seriously, we are a long ways from contender, little own SB team. However my fear now is we end up winning 7-8, and we loose one of the good young QB's
c_hawkbob wrote:It would appear as though I've been selling us short. We're a better team than I've been giving us credit for. That was a quality win against a good team on the road and we legit outplayed them! Gino especially I owe an apology to, very nice game. Our O-line looks like they could be great if we can keep them together.
Sure hope DK ain't seriously hurt.

What would it look like if we only had DJ and Homer after losing Penny?
