We lost some plays to penalty. and if anyone can explain wtf we were doing with back to back wildcat and Dee Jay throwing the pick after Geno had led the best drive of the night I’d like to hear that . It’s not enough to explain this loss . Ugly in every phase . There is no defending this performance other than the blocked fg. Ultimately 1-1. I expected a win. I think Lance getting hurt threw us for a loop . On to Atlanta ! GO HAWKS!

Nothing against you HT really, but this is the way its going to go, especially against elite defenses, your looking at a 5-6 win team, maybe we can get one of the elite qb's in the draft.

I did not see a lot of signs for enthusiasm . For the last 6 quarters we can move some chains but not score . We cannot tackle outside the red zone . Not all on Geno but easily his worst start . No chance if you can’t score . I’ve been on quite a sugar high but this was a 60 minute bout of nausea . Kinda like the bears preseason game . Whatever is wrong with us I came away impressed with the 9ers . They look like a team on a mission . Bad as that was for Lance it was good for that team and they look brilliant bringing Jimmy back now . They will be a tough out . Their defense is legit .

Glad you've sobered up. Are you still clinging to your 10 wins minimum prediction?

I made the prediction . I can’t unmake it and I will concede when we hit 8 losses . It’s like the Alamo . There’s no back door

I saw our guy get shut out 5 quarters between Vikes and 9 ers last year then 4 quarters vs the pack while Brady got blanked by the Saints . It’s one game .

Both Atlanta and Detroit are putting up big numbers on offense so really the task doesn’t get a lot easier . We will learn more Sunday

Yeah, surprisingly enough, Jared Goff looked pretty damn good yesterday. I'll be happy if we split with those two. BTW, I have tickets to the Lions game. It's one of what we're hoping to be two road trips.

I've seen a little bit of the Lions the first 2 weeks and their physicality reminds me of the 2012 -2014 Seahawks in how they punish the other teams.
They're not as good as we were as a whole, but they can lay a beating on opposing players. I'm not sure it's sustainable over the course of 17 games, though.
