Seahawks are still being crapped on in Vegas and everywhere else. Even if we win Sunday, I think it's going to stay that way...but I'm hearing a lot less Geno Smith jokes.

But you only get one laughing head. I don't want to get ObS riled up.

Washed up Nick Bosa who had 15.5 sacks last year?
Old man Nick Bosa who is 24 years old?
And quit bringing up 40 yd dash times, it's one of the least effective metrics to measure OL success.

Abe Lucas is a big strong dude. He is 6'6" and looks to be real strong and mean. Maybe Pancake will surprise Bosa some if they go head to head.
Maybe Pete has Kyle Shanahan's number like Jeff Fisher used to have Pete's. Every year Fisher would put up some tough fight against us regardless of how good we were just because. It was annoying.

Also they don’t think the team was strong enough to beat another NFC west team if they cut Garropolo , perhaps even Seattle . They took a bad loss and throw out the weather everyone played in . They rushed for 175 and lost . That’s qb . They are a mess and Vegas is laughable having them up 10 but bring it on . I read an analysis calling Geno and Seattle frauds “ he’s not going to be able to complete 80% and sustain that “ well it’s his second regular season game in a row he’s done it . He’s still the main doubt in pundits minds.

Hes got a guy whose been to a superbowl looking over his shoulder. Its not good and it showed up in a loss to a dreadful team. Frankly Im glad hes starting over JG. I dont think the guy is a world beater but hes better than Lance.

It’s common sense he’s not happy about a guy like that looking over his shoulder. Like PC said when asked if he would pick Wilson over a guy making 20 million dollars “ he doesn’t have his checkbook on the field “ an all time line btw .
It’s delusional to think Trey Lance will have as long a rope as he would without a veteran super bowl participation NFC championship game one short year ago on the team . If he plays bad he’s going to the bench pronto . Early results aren’t promising .
Hawktawk wrote:It’s reported he was miffed . Just like it was reported the 9ers didn’t want Jimmy with a division rival . I heard a report that rams were also considering him due to questions with Staffords elbow . That would make more sense then worrying about the dog turd sea pigs with him,
Hawktawk wrote:I get that. With the boys not putting Dak on the Ir it doesn’t seem to make sense unless they are questioning their commitment to Dak . He’s been the shrinking man since his rookie season after all… I think it was a combination of not facing him in division and wanting a backup plan if Lance ain’t all that .
Prove me wrong

I’ll always wonder how many guys who never got noticed or were discarded early on might have been better then guys who did win the jobs . There can’t be only 32 people on the planet capable of the job . And being a high first round draft pick guarantees nothing but high expectations and salary comittments . We will see one of those guys Sunday . I like our chances .

I've been to Santa Clara 3x for Seahawk games and two of them it seemed we had more fans then they did.
I-5 wrote:I don't know if anyone else has brought it up, but Pete seems to have some kind of psychological edge or mojo with Shanny...of course, most of it has been with Wilson as the QB, but part of the mojo is we know how to defend them, too. I see SF winning, but it will be a tight game that will come down to the final possession. There's no way Lance doesn't throw at least 1 pick. As for Geno, I appreciate his ability to take care of the ball, but I think they'll need to be a little more aggressive against SF.
