He also clipped a pedestrian with his side mirror in Buffalo leaving a nightclub and drove off , likely drunk then too. Great player . Imperfect human .
I was in Vegas last week driving our 750 horse Jeep around . I can’t imagine driving drunk there . It’s scary enough sober . A cop every block . Oh well beast will get acquainted with a blow and go or face more problems . I had heard he was going to be a part of Seattle media or something so hopefully it doesn’t derail that but if it does it’s on him . Dumb move .

Hawktawk wrote:Only as it pertains to DUI your arrest stays on your record forever . Any DUI arrest that was reduced automatically gets rolled back up . That’s Washington . It’s worse if it was within 7 years but it will be used by the judge in considering punishment whenever it was as I saw happen to multiple offenders while litigating my arrest . At least it is in Washington having gone through this miserable process a few years ago myself . Nevada may be different but I doubt it . It’s nationwide now your car gets towed even if you get popped in your driveway .DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE!!!!!
Not worth it on so many levels and so dangerous . Sounds like beast was pretty smashed at 7:30 AM.

As I said when you were railing against the Ahole pos Geno the infraction itself was garden variety dui speeding and illegal lane change until the idiocy at the station.
Geno may as well have been driving sober compared to blacked out with no tires left . But he’s not a star or beloved Seahawk so no mercy . Just saiing. Both wrong but approached different by the media and fans . As for EB saying he’s gonna skate there’s got to be q 500 cameras a block in Vegas . If he was driving they will figure it out . The dude needs stopped .

He was not pulled over by police. He was actually parked on the side of the road and, yes, he was found asleep, with the driver's door open and him sitting in the driver's seat. (Remember Lofa and the 'running engine' in the intersection? - this wasn't the case)
He (smartly) refused to be 'field tested for DUI' at the site and was later forcibly restrained and blood was drawn at the police station (or hospital, not sure on that).
Being asleep and either drunk and/or stoned (look at his eyes in the mug shot) doesn't matter at this point, but it sure could lead to him not like being pulled out of his vehicle by police, and therefore the charge of resisting the police commands. (this is usually dropped, when no violence is present).
For all that happened, it was the damage to his $200,000 Ford Shelby Mustang that he should be worried about. New information from a California dealer says he did purchase the car but never registered it, and therefore probably had no insurance, which is the main reason you don't register a vehicle.
The pictures, video footage and witness information show he whacked a few sidewalks and medians, and they found a trail of car parts, including one complete tire and rim and a second hanging by a thread. It looked like he totaled the front suspension of the car. Not that they will have a lot of spare parts for this very rare car, but good luck with fixing it.
The sad part is he just got that national Subway ad and was supposed to be part of the "Manning Brothers" alternate broadcast for MNF this year. Not a good look!

However, I've never seen a city that seems to solve every crime in a couple of days or less using security and other camera footage and I think facial recognition technology to identify the perps, so the chances that there is HD quality video of him to prove he was driving has pretty good odds.
