There's at least a dozen here in Kennewick, most along a certain avenue, Clearwater, and near other Asian operated businesses. My brother ruined his marriage by going to one. Don't you remember where Robert Kraft was when he got caught on camera receiving a Lewinsky? That's why Watson was going to them, because he knew that he could get the girls to do pretty much anything he wanted. Most are young, in their 20's and 30's, some have been trafficked here from SE Asia, the Philippines, Korea, and China, many of them aren't citizens and can't even speak English. It's a racket.
I could post a link to a website that has paid advertisers with addresses of their places of business that have explicit photographs and very graphic definition of their services, but I don't think it's appropriate. Some give addresses to a place of businesses. If you doubt me, say so and I'll send you a PM with a link to a couple of websites that run their ads. Sure, there's some spas and massage businesses that are legitimate, but there's one heck of a lot of them that are nothing more than a front for prostitution.
My guess is that Watson has been going to these places for many years, perhaps back to his college days, and has had hundreds of visits throughout the country. He probably was successful in getting some of the women to participate in his fantasies and perversions, then sensing how vulnerable many of these girls are, thought that he could get away with forcing others that wanted to limit their services to more conventional sexual acts to behave in a certain manner.

At least a dozen of them. They're pretty easy to find by just doing a google. Yakima and Spokane have them, too. Not sure of the other communities in eastern Washington, ie Walla Walla, Wenatchee, Moses Lake. Small town cops have more time on their hands.
They're not my bag, either. My brother fell in love with a hooker in a massage parlor in Bellingham, then told his wife about it. Wasn't too much longer that they split up after 30+ years of marriage. I have some very close friends, native Vietnamese, Laotian, Thai, Pilipino, and Chinese. Most of my inside info comes from them, but it's pretty common knowledge that you can get 'taken care of' for a reasonable price. The cops don't bother them.
IMO the reason why the grand jury decided not to indict Watson on criminal charges is that they considered the source of the complaints, ie the types of businesses the complaints were coming from, and understood that the credibility of the witnesses making the accusations towards Watson was not credible, that a sharp defense attorney would have a field day attacking their character. They're not going to waste taxpayer money on a case they'd be sure to lose.
