Who would you get rid of or restructure?

Some options.
Sign DK to an extension, cut Lockett unless he would take a significant reduction, extend Geno again if he would take it, cut or trade Dre'Mont Jones, possibly trade or cut Noah Fant if an extension isn't desired or not wanted by him.
There are some smaller contracts of players that might not have a future in Kubiak's Offense and will likely be let go as well there are some players on Defense who won't be back because they don't fit what MacDonald wants on Defense.

Background info from Spotrac:

DK Cap hit 2025 $31,875,000
Lockett Cap hit 2025 $30,895,000 Dead Cap hit $13,895,000
Geno Cap hit 2025 $44,500,000 Dead Cap hit $13,500,000
Dre'Mont Jones Cap hit 2025 $25,645,418 Dead Cap $14,072,918
Noah Fant Cap hit 2025 $13,500,000 Dead Cap $4,500,000

What about Uchenna? Do you think he can recover and get back on track?

I don’t know what everyone else thinks but I don’t yet know if MacDonald sees Uchenna as a critical piece of his DL.
We’ll find out in the next few months.

From PFT regarding the new Salary Cap:

The NFL sent a memo to teams on Wednesday informing them that the cap for the 2025 season will be somewhere between $277.5 and $281.5 million. The cap was set at $255.4 million for the 2024 season and $224.8 million for the 2023 campaign...

So with the Cap going up at least $22M it should help alleviate the immediate pressure but it will also mean FA's and new contracts will cost more so we can still expect some cuts and extensions.

Personally I have never been high on Uchenna. He is a formattable starter, but doesn't blow my socks off. I am fine if they cut him.
