Right now, the Broncos first round pick, (owned by Seattle), would be #5 overall
"Great decisions, accurate with the ball, completed at a higher rate than anyone in the league, & he's got good players to distribute it to" Josh McDaniel
Coming into this weekend, Seattle has a 79% chance to make the playoffs
Seahawks are ranked at #14 overall

Number 5. Let's hope it stays around there.

We’re riding high . I’m not surprised . I’m ready to play the damn game and get that Munich stench out of our mouth . I hope they are tuned up.

We are not losing to the Raiders. Even obiken doesn't think we will lose to the Raiders.

The Broncos are one of ten 7-loss teams, and there's two teams with 8 losses, meaning that the current #5 pick is largely determined by a number of tiebreakers that won't exist by the time the season ends, so it's pretty pointless to be projecting draft slotting this far out.

If I recall Mike Holmgren started 8-2 in Seattle . He finished 9-7 , backed into the division and handed a fossilized Dan Marino his last win in the NFL in the WC.
I think it was last year AZ went 7-0 and Murray was the
MVP leader . Went 11-6 and lost in the WC and Murray and Kingsbury are considered a joke a year later .
Looooooots of football left . If there were a year a doormat could run the table this is it . Same for a * good* team collapsing . It’s that kind of year . Craziest year ever . Now our team has developed enough respect we have become the hunted. A notch bad teams can put in their belt . This Hawks team has mass potential but as Knox said “
Potential will get you beat “
We better be ready for everyone’s best shot .

Yup. The 1999 Hawks, first year under Holmgren and with Jon Kitna slinging the rock, went 8-2 in the first 10 games then we lost 5 of our last 6 and were one and done in the playoffs, losing at home to the Fins. Last year's Cards did a similar post Turkey Day flop.
