Three fastest Seahaw receivers typo?

Does this make sense to anyone or am I just blocking out what the writer was trying to say?

"First was Joey Galloway, who played five seasons with the Seahawks after being drafted eighth overall in 1995. Galloway amassed 283 catches for 4,457 yards and 37 touchdowns during his Seahawks career, and totaled 33 touchdowns of more than 40 yards over his entire 17-year NFL career, tied for seventh-most in league history." https://www.seahawks.com/news/monday-ro ... fl-history

Seems to be saying his career totals are less than his totals with the Seahawks. Or did the writer intend us to understand he is referring to season and game averages in the second sentence? That one seems definitely to not have been proof read.

To make it less confusing, he should have split it up into two separate sentences like this: "Galloway amassed 283 catches for 4,457 and 37 TD's in 5 seasons as a Seahawk. Over his entire 17-year career, he scored 33 TD's of 40+ yards, 7th most in league history."
