On the heels of the Gruden fiasco and the horrific accident with Ruggs news breaks Damon Arnette is being released . He was the other 1st rounder along with Ruggs in 2020. Since being a Raider Arnette at one point destroyed 4 rental cars in one month of time . He’s been hit with numerous lawsuits including a hit and run in front of the team headquarter that left a woman seriously injured . Social media posts surfaced in the past week of him brandishing weapons and threatening to kill people . So I guess 4 car wrecks and hurting people wasn’t enough . It took these posts . I have a hard time believing this organization was unaware of Ruggs off field hobbies either . Black eye for this organization . I kinda wondered how it would go putting an NFL team in the city that never sleeps . Not good so far .

It seems it might be that character is more important in LV than many others cities in the NFL.
Mayock might be on the hot seat now that Gruden is gone.

Yeah, Sin City and 20 something year old alpha males might not be a good mix.

As far as Mayock being on the hot seat, not saying that he should or shouldn't, but y'all remember how Tim Ruskell took heat because he supposedly placed a premium on character?

The Cincinnati Bengals at one time had a disproportionate number of players running afoul of the law, including guys like Pacman Jones.

The best question is in fact how Mayock remains employed .
