What is the status on the kid the Guard from LSU?

He's been a pleasant surprise. I was a bit unsure about letting DJ Fluker go with an already questionable o-line but Damian looks real good so far.

I hear this guy is good. I don't know line play very well. I hope this guy can get healthy again and stay there as that has so often been our problem with O-lineman. We get a guy who can perform, then can't stay healthy for some reason.

He left Sunday's game with an injury (ankle) and never returned. He's listed as practicing on a limited basis this week.

I agree with the others that he looks like a keeper. There can't be too many weak links in an offense that's moving the ball and scoring points like ours has been in the first 3 games.

I hope he is healthy. Don't bring him back too soon.

Plus he's had more than his share of penalties, but I guess some of that can be attributed to playing at the next level.
