Greg Olsen?

He's been taking to the Redskins, Bills, and us. I can't help thinking that for a player that at 35 is on the last leg of his career that we would be his first option.

So would he be worth it? Is he a good fit with our run-first offense that requies a good blocking tight end like Dissley?

He has narrowed it down to those 3 teams. Sure he's a HOFamer, if its the kind of deal you could cut River.

I don't think Olsen gets into the HOF. He has just 3 Pro Bowl appearances, lags behind his peers Rob Gronkowski, Antonio Gates, and Jason Whitten in production, and doesn't have any rings that might cause him to leap frog those any of those guys.

Obviously he's worth a look-see. Russell has been lobbying for him, so that alone should give us cause to at least take a flier.

That's a good question. I've never heard of him being soft like I did with Jimmy Graham but I don't know if he's the inline blocker like Will Dissley is. My guess is that he can hold his own. Blocking skills don't deteriorate with age at the same rate like other parts of the game does.
