He has 4 touchdowns this season and was averaging 24 yards per reception against Detroit and 23 the game before . Maybe he's the reason we let Marshall go.

Moore has also been an outlet for picking up those long 1st downs. He's quick and has good YAC numbers. Hope this is just the beginning of a long relationship with the Seahawks.

Agreed and he uses his size well, he has potential to be a #1 wr, which can only help us.

Will agree that Moore is firmly in the # 3 position behind Baldwin and Lockett but he is young and I don't think he has reached his potential yet.

I think we are set at RB and WR . Now if our defense can only catch up then we would really have something

Moore is an impressive athlete. His style and his build remind me a younger and faster Anquan Boldin. I also think he has potential to be a #1 WR eventually. Finally, Pete has the big receiver (6'2", 225) he loves who is still at the beginning of his career.

Well now we have 3 steady WE who can play the whole game and a few on the bench to spell them off. Moore is going to break a few for a TD or two as he already has. Moore is firmly in the driver's seat for his career. I wish him all the best

Its weird I thought Moore was like 6-1 - 6-2 but ESPN and The Hawks have him listed has 6 even. Hmm interesting he sure plays bigger.

 Well, I'm pretty damn happy with our all new D this year. I guess you only want #1...

http://www.espn.com/nfl/statistics/team/_/stat/total/position/defense

Our Total defense is #3 ranked --

Our Passing D is #3 ranked (and no, this is not the new LOB. Lets find a new name)

Our Rushing D is #11

JS you're looking at total yards given up, which is skewed as some teams have yet to have their bye. You have to look at yards per game, of which we're ranked 5th in total defense and 4th in passing defense, which is still very good. Rushing D we're ranked 17th.

Bottom line RD... we're doing a lot better than most of us predicted the D would be.

Absolutely are doing better.... offense helps D, D helps O.... kind of like the good ol days. Youth can and will be exploited, but only if the offense is on the field to do so.

Wish they hadn't completely abandoned this recipe for the last 3 yrs... might be more hardware on the shelf with more talent, and better production from the O.

No argument there. I wasn't trying to be a smart Alec, just trying to be accurate. :D

At the start of the season, I would have bet a whole lot of money that roughly halfway through the season that we'd have a top 5 defense, especially if I knew that we wouldn't have Earl for the bulk of it.

Eh, ball was tipped at last second. Not much time to adjust in that circumstance.

Hmmm.... an NFL QB would have used his height and got it to him without the possibility of it being tipped.

Hmm an NFL WR makes the catch period. FYI he was jumping the ball was thrown high enough and hit him in the chest. You are really trying to make an excuse for an NFL WR dropping a ball that hits him in his chest. LOL so Wilson always his fault no excuses anyone else excuses galore got it. Let me help you an NFL Wr catches a ball that hits him in his Chest even if it is tipped, barely. Ket word is in his CHEST. Not over his head, or out in front or behind right in his chest.

I don't blame Wilson for that throw, sometimes you tip your cap to the other guys. As for Moore, that sounds like someone whos never tried to catch a tipped ball... you are discussing fractions of a second, I don't care if that's Jerry Rice, Steve Largent or any other HOF receiver you name. It's possible but unlikely, as it would be for any other receiver currently or formerly playing football.

FYI I still love Moore he just had two balls he should have caught he did not today. It happens.

Ahh actually I have and never dropped one that hit me in my chest. Watched Baldwin catch those a few time, also Lockett, Seen Moore do it before too. This time he did not it happens. Not blaming him for the loss, there is blame to go around Wilson probably #1 but it should have been caught

I honestly don't know how catchable that last pass was. I haven't ran the play back yet but it seemed to me that the trajectory wasn't affected at all and that the tip resulted more in a break of his concentration than causing him to have to adjust physically. I wouldn't call it a drop, but it was catchable.

Hmm I can agree that perhaps catchable is a better way than drop

Lol... first he's a former QB, ..then he's an NFL caliber receiver....

I always cranked a wiffle ball too, doesn't mean I could crush a 103mph fastball in the majors...

This is great, totally missed the meaning of the question. I wasn’t speaking of your prowess on the football field.

Moore is learning and he was used by Wilson for a few catches. Dispite his mistakes he was a student today
