So what do the Seahawks do for TE?
Do they poach someone from another team's PS or do they just promote Marcus Lucas from our own PS?
Dickson won't be available until mid year so the only other TE is Vannett.

I think we saw part of what they will do yesterday when they had Fant and our backup center in for a few "Tackle Eligible" plays. Effectively they are being used as blocking TEs in those situations. Hell, I'd throw Fant the ball once or twice since he was a basketball player and could probably do a rebound on a jump ball in the end zone.... Would be fun to see wouldn't it?

He might have pretty good hands considering his background, but he would have to learn his responsibilities in route running.

I don't think they will use him that way. I think maybe one or two times they'll tell him, take three steps this way, turn around and catch the ball. That's about it.
