Cleveland claims Kasen Williams

Well that didn't take long, I thought he would have fit nicely on our roster.

He should get a better chance to play in Cleveland as long as they have a QB who can deliver the ball into his catching radius.
He was one of my favorites this year and I wish him well.

He will possibly be able to catch more footballs there than here, if they can figure out who is throwing them.

Gotta block in Seattle and he can't do it so, that's why he was cut.

That's probably as good of an explanation as any. We're a run first team at heart, and as such, we need 10 players that are willing to lay out and throw a block. Additionally, other teams will sense when there's a WR on our roster that can't or won't block, and when they see him come into the game, it could tip our hand.

The good news is that our brain trust must be pretty happy with the WR's they kept or else they wouldn't have parted with a quality receiver like Williams.
