Oh my GOD people, after reading some of these posts I see quite a few of you have lost your way and believe that what has been determined as a bad year (10-5-1) is the demise of this Franchise. I remember when 8-8 was a banner Fu**ing year in the Popes house. Let's see if I've got all this right: The o-line is the worst in the league, The defense has fallen apart, Pete is leaving, Bevel is a dip sh*t ( I gotta sort of agree on that one), Sherm is out of control, long snapper issues, Hauschka is off this year, Rawls went from savior to Turd, Thomas and Lockett are lost for the season, I'm sure I probably left something out, so if I did feel free to add.
I bet there is a sh*tload of teams that would like to have half as many problems and end up 3rd seed. Here is a dream scenario that many are convinced will never happen, just bare with me. Hawks beat Detroit and survive a tight road game against Atlanta. Then either the pack or gmen beat Dallas (both are capable of that) and guess where the the NFC championship is? The Hawks win at home and guess what rematch of SB 49. Just saying it could happen. The Hawks are loaded with veteran players that have the ability to turn it on in these situations. Whether or not that will happen only God knows and he is not passing the answer down to me as of yet. Most likely you will know when I know, but if I get any hints in the meantime I will pass it on. So my suggestion for all the sky is falling people out there is set aside the Chicken Little suits! Put on your big boy or girl pants and have a little faith.

Wow, ok!

For me, in the middle of a championship window, we let the engine of the Offense decline to a level commensurate with a losing team.
It was a gamble to do that, and we crapped out - at least this year.
Who knows, maybe they will get it together for the playoffs, and they will be better next year, but it means this year is probably a lost year.
That's what's disappointing me.

Well Rambo when I do fish I prefer top water action. You should try it sometime instead of always fishing for those bottom dwellers, but then again what else would a lamb fan fish for? I am aware of the porn referencing sinner known as Rott that used to roam the neighborhood.
