So I have been looking around the internet and there are less articles about Wilson contract stuff and way way more about his interview on a religious channel. Makes you wonder if that was part of the goal of him doing that and what he said. To deflect away form his contract.

Quite possibly but he is a great christian God bless him.

The contract stuff is old news. There hasn't been anything new to report on for months. All they've been doing is recycling the same old stories, put a different twist on it, change the date, and trot it back out. Plus we're still a couple of weeks away from training camp, so there's no activity on the field to talk about. The talking heads need something to talk about, and Wilson's religious views makes for good copy.

You're going to have to ask either God or Russell Wilson about this since both seem to have a direct line to each other.........

In the end we have to have faith the deal will get done because RW doesn't want to play for a perennial loser, and Seattle knows how good the kid really is. Hopefully intelligent life will prevail!

God has everybody on speed dial. You just have to listen. Wilson's faith makes him who he is and is a tremendous asset on and off the field.
