I was watching Morning Joe, and he just saw the Documentary on Winston's attacker and he says it is devastating. Joe Scarborough, is a former Republican Congressmen from Florida, and he said there was an absolute cover up in Tallahassee, he was ill. It looks like it involves even Law Enforcement. There is no way the NFL, or the Bucs, did their homework on this guy. He slammed her face into the bathroom floor and raped her. She went immediately to the authorities and got the cold shoulder. Sad. Link:

The article is dated January 26th, 2015. I'm quite certain that the Bucs and other teams were aware of it and left no stone unturned in their research. It's the Bucs conclusion that I don't agree with, ie that Winston was worth the risk and that he was a better option than Mariota.

as with our first pick this year, what happened in college is of no concern to the NFL.

I'm not overjoyed with the Clark pick but there's a major difference between 2 drunk individuals getting in a loud altercation which involved Clark getting bit in the nose and an alleged violent rape. Obviously Clark's incident was thoroughly investigated and plead down to disorderly. Winston was never properly investigated, either by the police, the DA, or the university. He initially stated that he did not know or have any conduct with the woman until it was revealed that his DNA was present and then all of a sudden it was a consensual sexual encounter. Thats really all I needed to hear to decide what really happened. Coupled with the fact that his homeboys surreptitiously filmed the act on their cell phones then deleted the recording its clear the degree to which this sexual assault was covered up.

Winston should be castrated, not collecting an NFL check. Shame on everybody.....

The victim in the Clark case had not been drinking. She blew a .00 at the scene. According to at least one of the witnesses, Clark had been drinking, but there was nothing in the police report that would confirm that observation.
