Who all is going to the game?

How many of you are going? I'm thinking about heading to the NFC Championship Game for my first ever game at the CLink.

Do it. It will be the best sports moment of your life. I went last year and it is expensive but totally worth it. I am planning on going again this year, although I haven't got tickets yet. For a regular season game I like to get my tickets early in the week so I know I have them but for this one I wait until the last minute and get a better deal. Hope to see you there!

Hey, Sportin'.

If you watch closely on extra points, and even some field goals, immediately above the right eye in front on the Hawksnest, and just to the right of the right upright, you will see a "12" flag waving. It's a single row with a concrete wall with other banners and flags draped on it.

Definitely bringing it to this champeenship, and, it is for all the ShackUps who can't be there waving it right along with us.

Someone in the Hawks organization told the cops to not let me leave it draped just above the eye because it "interferes" with the eye.

My eyeazz, I say, but it will be waving on those kicks and at big O and D plays for the Hawks during the game.

A primo spot for my season tickets for years.

That's almost exactly where I have sat my last 2 games. I sat in the front row of the Hawks Nest just to the right of the upright and then I sat in the level below the Hawks Nest just to the right of the upright earlier this year. Maybe we saw each other and didn't even know it.

I'm in a "00" jersey with ZOOOOM on the back.

Wade through the cops and say hello.

I will be coming up from Houston with my son coming up from University of Oregon. Section 147 Row X. This is our second NFCCG together. I have convinced myself that this is money better spent by being among the 12'S for this "next best" game as opposed to much bigger bucks for the superbowl.

I will look to "Zoom in" on you.

Hey, LongTimer, I'm next section over in front of 149.

You've got a good seat location.

The Nest itself starts with Row L, so you are down close but high enough to see the whole field.

But, be prepared to stand a lot.

And there is no lid on the Nest, so, you might want to bring rain gear as that's what the forecast sez will happen.

Or, for official gear, you may want to buy a Seahawks poncho down on the ground floor on the west side of the stadium.

If cops won't let you down the aisle behind me, just squeeze into that first row and yell!

And yell anyway!

Sportin, you will be in the heart of the edge of the covered area and blue thunder on your left rebounding noise.

A friend of my daughter's is two sections away from you and he adores his seats.

I'm going to the game! I'll be downtown around 8 am. I'm thinking about checking some friends out in the tailgate area and post some picks. Not sure yet. If not, i'll head to the pubs. I'm in section 330...

Holler at me!

NLBM - Good to hear from you.

You're gonna love The Clink!

Meanwhile, I get to watch the game in a city that just hired Jim Tomsula as their HC:)

Probably a number of Cheeseheads going to the game as they travel well and seem to be around. At least they are not like the Whiners last year whining about no seats and how the Seahawks are mean to their fans. The Niner fans are just cheap and wanted tickets at face value!!! :o

Have to admit to being impressed with the fans still in the stands with 5 minutes left... Way to represent 12's.

The stands were still full. In my section 1 guy left, thats it. As you looked around the stadium it was comletely full still. We caused another 'earthquake' how could that have happened if the stadium were half empty?

I had to get back to Canada and catch a ferry as I could not miss work today, and I never thought about leaving. This team has taught me that at the very least, it's never over.

The 2 people beside me left after the 4th INT, and I thought to myself "you're crazy!"

Let's be honest, it looked bleak and I knew it would take something special, but when you are within 2 scores, anything can happen.

I took my 10 year old girl to her first ever NFL game, I think she's hooked..lol.

So glad I was there and part of the game, I am still flying high.

The fact that this is a story is ridiculous as if there is a single successful franchise that doesn't have a few bandwagon fans. People are acting like this was the half filled Miami Heat arena before their comeback against the Spurs or something.

On the other hand the people who did try to "beat the traffic" need to be ashamed of themselves. Even if there was zero chance of the Seahawks coming back we owed this team to stay in support and let them know how appreciated they are even in defeat.

Zoom, I looked for you but only saw single row seating in 149 below hawksnest and many were wearing blue rain ponchos. Those seats are ridiculously close to the field.
