Don't know how this'll turn out ... it is a short clip of the kind antics going on on the field when the network's at commercial (I believe this was during a review) ... from the URL it seems to think it's a picture but on my facebook page it's a 21 second video shared to me by the Midwest Seahawkers Booster Club.

Bummer, I was hoping to see some Hawk Saturday night fever. LOL. IMHO football is a game no matter the level, if you aren't having fun, you aren't playing well. Personally I love it, I've heard a few disparage Sherm dancing with cheerleaders and the goofing around on the sidelines, but to me it shows they aren't going to skip the chance to enjoy this season, and realise how special it is, which is a good thing.

I feel so teased.....

That video is more telling than you might know. It says several things.It demonstrates the high level of confidence the Hawks have right now, which is very important going into the playoffs. It shows that they're loose & secure in where they are. The belief that the Rams will not defeat them is evident. Credit this attitude to the coaching staff. They've done their job very well.

I recall seeing that live and thought the same thing: These guys are having fun...and playing like it.

OTOH, while I think the D is playing loose (and wicked), the offense looks a bit tight. With the injuries and lack of weapons, this quite understandable. They don't want to put the D on the field for better than 25 mins per game and as close knit as this team is, you have to think the O is feeling pangs of guilt after every 3 and out. But this too shall pass, IMO.

What I notice there, too, is at about 15 seconds into the vid a ref/side judge starts to talk to one of the guys and then to the DL as well. Wonder if he was telling them not to overdue it?

Regardless, it's good to see. They're playing to the crowd and firing themselves up.
