Apparently, by all accounts I have read over the past season, Marshawn loves to play the game as much as any player in the NFL today.
Nobody willingly walks away from anything that they love or love to do.
Therefore, Marshawn will only retire when his body cannot take the punishment of an NFL season. With how strong he was last season and how strong he finished I would say there is little chance that he will be retiring at this time.
