"Booger" is Booger McFarland of ESPN, and we may see Monday Night Football have the ability to flex games in the future:
NBC gets to flex, ESPN does not. That might change.
This would not take effect until the 2023 season, if at all, but ESPN (ABC/Disney) has made it known schedule flexing will be part of their negotiations for a new NFL broadcast/media rights contract.

Allowing for the flexing of MNF games would cause a revolt from fans. It's one thing to change the kickoff by a few hours, but this would be changing it by 24+ hours and cause many fans that travel to the games to have to change their entire transportation, lodging, and employment plans for the weekend. I say it doesn't go anywhere.
