Nice work Anthony. At first glance a lot of the stats are not horrible and they are greatly skewed by the last month.

A couple of quick observations. I did not realize Al Woods was our leading tackler on the D line. So we've been missing him 3 games and he still has the lead. Thats big. When do we get him back? Divisional?

Also Lockett. It's time to fold it. Hes 31st in the league in returns and has never been the same as a return guy after the injury. Hes extremely valuable as a receiver obviously. Get someone else in there. Looks like they may be with Moore but we need to get that aspect of our team going again.

Some of those "stats" aren't quantifiable and shouldn't be considered a statistic, such as run and pass blocking. Penalties can be a little difficult to analyze as well because they usually only include accepted penalties. But for the most part, they do tell a pretty good story about our season. Our Achilles heal was defense, and to be more specific, the lack of a credible pass rush, and the stats bear that out. It's going to be the biggest issue we need to address in the upcoming offseason, and it will start out with a decision whether or not to resign Clowney.

One interesting tidbit was that we tied a record for the most wins by a touchdown or less at 10. That's the essence of Pete Ball, keep the games close with a conservative, run first offense. During our LOB era, we set an all time record for most consecutive games played without losing by more than 10 points.

We are better on Offense than I thought, we are way worse on defense than I thought, IF that is possible!

YEah! on the close games, and if you look at our losses they follow the same thing. The really, bad part is we don't need to barely win every game. and alot that winning is relying on off script plays late in games and Wilson magic which is not how a coaching staff should game plan.
